I have personally read this book and found it to be a brilliantly written and very powerful means of healing.
For those of you starting out on your spiritual journey, this step-by-step guide is a must to clear the path and get you started. For those of you finding yourselves "blocked", the Karmic Release and Forgiveness chapters will definitely get you back on track.
A MUST read.
